At Relave.shop, we’re committed to delivering relaxation to your door — quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In rare cases of high order volume or supplier delays, processing time may extend slightly. If this happens, our team will notify you promptly by email.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Massage Chairs: Delivered within 4–5 weeks after payment due to custom packaging and freight delivery

  • Other Products (Massagers, Posture Correctors, etc.): Typically delivered within 3–7 business days

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.


5. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at shop50320@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you right away.


6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Relave.shop is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us immediately at shop50320@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
